Reduce Layers application

Some AutoCAD files may have too many layers and may cause a tedious work and time-consuming task in manipulating and using all these layers.
This also may happen thru importing files from another softwares like Autodesk REVIT.
Reducing the number of layers may be recommended in this case.
“Reduce Layer” application will do this task by moving all elements from layers to another layers.
“Reduce Layer” is an AutoLISP application which runs under the AutoCAD package.
